Deed, title, CO and lease agreement

Hello,

I am new to REI and recently closed on my first SFR. Thanks to BP community.

As a owner of the property, do I receive original deed, title information and certificate of occupancy? It's been almost 1.5 months after remote closing using a remote notary but haven't received original title or deed yet. I reached out to title company and they sent me a copy. I checked with PM and he said, we do have a certificate of occupancy but do I need to keep original or copy with me? Also, do I have a right to see tenant credit report and lease agreement?
