Is this a fact that tenant has abandoned the property?

Lease is ending in a couple of days. Rent paid in full but keys has not been returned. Today I got notification from Gas Company that the service on the property has been shut off 2 days ago per tenant’s request and it’s now under my account because I have a continuous agreement as owner. I haven’t heard from tenant. She is a tricky person so I kind of understand it. Can I take this as a proof she abandoned my property and should go ahead to take possession back? Please give me advise. Thank you so much.
