@Mike Adams I´m not sure if you meant it this way, but insinuating that your broken door or a belief that they won´t treat your place well relates to  their income level is very inaccurate, bias and stereotypical.

My belief is that if the first correspondence really sits well with them and they feel comfortable I won’t even need the next 3 letters..?
