A Really Cheap Attempt of Promotion...LOL

No, I have no stock in Insta-hang, but I just saw an ad on TV for the little gizzmo that drives in pins in walls to hang pictures.

I required the use of pins in my units for years, I showed them how to drive or press them in at an angle to hang stuff. I even hung some larger items, like missors with several pins.

So, I wondered if landlords might require that little gizzmo be used in thier units?

Another topic too, sorta related about hanging, I had alot of young tenants and always tried to "educate" them in the care of property, even theirs, so do you show them any tricks to housekeeping, safety issues like securing a large TV on a tippy stand or how to reduce thier utility bills?

I added that to the topic just so that the promotional was so blatant.....LOL
