Hello BiggerPockets,

I recently wrote and published a book titled "A Day in the Life of a Landlord". It contains a couple of short stories about some of my worst (best?) experiences during my over 15 years as a landlord! I mostly wrote it for fun... And wanted to let everyone on BiggerPockets know that for a limited time (4/2-4/6) I'm giving it away free on Amazon. I hope you find the book entertaining, as I can't help but to look back and laugh at the level of ridiculousness of some of my experiences. I don't think I could make this stuff up! It's also a good lesson for newbie landlords... Things NOT to do!
