As far as what other people are doing or how they are performing.

Before you know it, you will have all kinds of people staying there and who knows how many! 

I took my knowledge andstarted working with local private people to fund fix & flip'sthrough the use of notes & mortgages.

Sometimes they are noteworthy and sometimes not.I don't think it's reasonable to charge people two application fees so it's probably just best to get your leads through Zillow and then have them apply on a different website to screen them.

I’m super outgoing and can talk to anyone and I just discovered TC work. 

Attend meetups and meet as many people in RE as you can.

There's been talk of how these will intersect and it's already happening in some spaces and I'm not talking about Metaverse Real Estate (Although I think some of that will make some people VERY wealthy).I'm talking about real physical real estate providing access to crypto investing and returns, and here's the crazy part...It has the potential to offer all the great things real estate does like depreciation, hedge against inflation and cash flow, all while exposing you to the high reward of Bitcoin's upside and decentralized nature. 

Noise too because you will have night shift people that want to sleep.

I know some people get a copy of all the latest meeting minutes to see if the topic was brought up but if city officials are just talking together, you may not see it there either.
