I don't know about you, but I love both the Real Estate markets and the Crypto markets. There's been talk of how these will intersect and it's already happening in some spaces and I'm not talking about Metaverse Real Estate (Although I think some of that will make some people VERY wealthy).
I'm talking about real physical real estate providing access to crypto investing and returns, and here's the crazy part...It has the potential to offer all the great things real estate does like depreciation, hedge against inflation and cash flow, all while exposing you to the high reward of Bitcoin's upside and decentralized nature.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this, and if you're not sure what I'm talking about but it sounds interesting to you, let me know.

@Matt Pursley I'm in the "not sure what your talking about, but sounds interesting" crowd. Do you have some link to articles or something that your looking at that you are willing to share?
I'm working on a similar type concept along with 2 attorneys on the founding team (we're not trying to mess with the SEC!). The idea is to purchase SFRs through LLCs (1 SFR to 1 LLC) and then assign ownership rights of the LLC to NFTs (for example, 1 LLC has 1,000 NFTs). NFT holders therefore have ownership rights to the SFR and within our ecosystem collect their share of rental income.
NFT holders have voting rights for big events (such as selling the property) or they can liquidate their own shares through any NFT marketplace (such as OpenSea for example). There would likely be a premium for these NFTs beyond the RE they're backed by, as they're much more liquid than traditional RE ownership (especially fractionalized ownership).
