How do traveling nurses / mid term renters feel about living on a main road?

I want to put an offer on a house that is on a main road. I'll try to make house as sound proof as possible but aside from noise, do nurses generally feel unsafe since it's on the main road, more public exposure (lack of privacy), and more dangerous?

I'm buying the house for cash flow purposes and don't want to sell for awhile.

House has good school district and good area overall. Close to hospitals and amenities.

Should I just skip over this house?
