Transaction Coordinator question

Posted

We will be moving to Texas in a year or so and I’m planning on getting my RE license AND taking courses for Transaction Coordinator. Does anyone have advise on getting my foot in the door or the best way to start down that path? After being licensed that is.
I am so pumped to get into the business. I’m super outgoing and can talk to anyone and I just discovered TC work.
Wanting to absorb ALL the info I can

Thank you!

There is a neverending source of potential TC clients at whatever brokerage you plan to join, but you have to remember that each brokerage has a different back-end system that they work with. TC is not just about knowing what to do and the forms and the management of a transaction, but how each brokerage wants it done. It is definitely a good side asset to getting your license.
