Property is about 2500 miles from me.

The new brokerage is doing well (for only being open for 1.5 years) about 30 miles from here, in a semi-urban area of 90,000 people.

I'm new enough to this so that I'm not yet comfortable buying in areas outside a 100-mile radius of my license area (Washington, DC).

I've contacted a few buyers and the majority of them want properties that are pretty far from my location, say 40-50 miles.

So I'll be pulling comps for recently sold homes, with my criteria being something like +/- 200 sq ft, equal bedrooms, equal bathrooms, within a 1 mile radius.

Half a mile away I have a single which rents for $650.

If I do find some property that are the same year and same bed/bath, it would be at least 1.5 to 2 miles away from the subject property.

The Catholic church just put in a crematorium in Nye County, 75 miles to the west of Vegas, because of Clark County zoning restrictions.

im looking for house to move into in southern Michigan or southeast Michigan, wooded area and private, I have no clue counties to look at and I can use all the help I can get, it will be much appreciated, thank you.
