A guy called me about a house he has. For sale the price is 85,000 so I ran comps. The best I could in this area. All houses that are 3/2 over 1,500 square feet. Sold for 90,000 115,000 120,000 in. A half mile from his property. Tax records has it value at 112,000. Very little work needs to be done from what I've seen. So is an offer of 58,500 to low? Any feedback will be greatful many thanks...
