How are you streamlining rent collection from people that don't use the internet?

Next we had to install a 24/7 first responder fire alarm monitoring system ($100/month) through a security firm that also required high speed internet to monitor the alarms & sprinkler system.

You have to have a either an automated security gate with internet communication to you and lock down and open up. 

The walls are not very long and I am looking to take them back 4 ft or so and install a half wall with counter on top to open up to the kitchen space (in both units - same layout) This is my first rehab and so I am not 100% familiar with this process.

The lake front property is not the nicest layout wise - kind of a tri-level but its 5 bedrooms with a great view and a cove for swimming that isn't out in the boat traffic area).Anyone have experience renting a place like this on a yearly lease - is that a difficult ask?

In addition to normal real estate expenses you will pay utilities, cable/internet, cleaning fees if you hire a cleaner, supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and other amenities you will provide.

(I worked up a layout of common storage unit sizes trying to keep a good mix of units) At 80% Occupancy I would be looking at roughly $2900 monthly rent.

I think they all charge about the same (40%), so my preference is a local company with good Internet preference.Usually, you lease up one week or less so the turns is an issue.
