I have a list of addresses in my target area.I have the budget set for my first batch of yellow letters.I have an google voice account and vm to start recieving calls and a script that I will follow when screening prospective sellers.What I don't have is a good letter.

But you will waste a lot of time talking to non prospects and if you aren't doing it full time it is just hard to do it.Probably get the next most leads if you have a well trained call service that answers the phone and pre screens for you.

My dad is a long time realtor and property manager in California, so I guess you could say it's in my blood.

I don't want property owners who have refinanced out all their equity and spent it on cars, boats and flat screen TVs.The info is still available, but you have to pay for it.

I guess the saying about it being in your blood is true!

That makes me feel awesome, so I help by sharing the knowledge that I have gained through trial & error, sweat, blood, tears, financial hardships, etc.

I came across a vacant home that was advertised as a 4 bedroom, 3bath, sauna room, steam shower, barn, inground pool, pump house, screen house, 2 brick fireplaces, 2 sheds with over 5000 sq ft of acreage.

Its probably just my lack of familiarity with the website, but the screen shots didn't really look that different from the current site.
