Direct mail is about numbers and the most common thing I see with those who fail versus those who succeed is tenacity.If you're going to send mail it doesn't matter as much what the piece looks like as it does the volume and repetition that you send in.Post cards are just as effective as letters.

I am very analytical and get very excited when thinking about ways to organize and systematize procedures, and the repetitive and well-defined nature of the student rental business is right up this alley.I could go on and on, but I thought it'd be a good idea to introduce myself in this way so that my goals are known from the outset so that we can all get the most out of our networking.

we got into an LLC by the repetition of advice heard from seminar world... n our legal n tax recommended it for holding rentals. pre2007 housing market "correction" ;) we were actively seeking multi fam apt 120+ units class c in Houston n Dallas. after becoming proficient n familiar in our target areas the market turned n we were spared the hard knocks tuition of that market correction. however, that said, we were categorically in commercial AND rental rates post 2007 shot up...so maybe we missed an opp?
