To move to a cheaper market, or invest now?
I am currently living in a market that is pretty high in cost of living (Anchorage, Alaska). I am also a newbie that just picked up a second full time job so I can raise some savings for a possible move. My question is, would it be worth it to use the savings from this job to move to a cheaper market (Orlando, Florida [which is also where my family lives]), or to use that money to move on a real estate investment sooner, such as a flip? My goal is to invest more in small multi family's for passive income in the future.
