Hey fellow Canadians! and non-Canadians!

I was just interested in knowing what sources of leads you guys are using for properties in Canada!

I'm from Toronto and I always wanted to explore our wonderfully vast country of Canada and thought what better reason than REAL ESTATE!

Are there any Saskatchewan and Alberta Investors? I'd love to hear your thoughts on real estate out there. How it may different from here in this crazy bubble that Toronto is in.

Anything that you can find off the MLS you have a much better chance of getting a reasonable deal on - at least in Southern Ontario where I am at.
