So I milk it for what its worth. 

I now ride an old boarding cow, but provides consistent milk month after month.  

GeorgeIts kinda like this,,,If you fill a 3 gallon tin bucket full of butter milk and drill a dozen 1/2" holes in the bottom of that sucker in a circlular pattern ,,well that there bucket fulla buttermilk is a  gonna drain a Hell of a lot slower than that same bucket with a 6" diameter hole in it Okay?  

There is also Milk Street Capitol in Portlland.  

Assuming they got a nice discount, and they got top rental prices of $950-$1100 they could be in that range if the plan is to milk it and bail before any serious capex repairs.

Owner financing is the mother's milk of real estate financing.  

They have no idea how to go about handling these situations and it appears that they have a tenant who knows exactly how to milk the situation.

All the other stuff Kidney disease, legs, diabetes etc. is irrelevant and only there to distract you from the issue at hand, which is your rent payment.I can't walk into Walmart and get a free gallon of Milk because of Kidney disease.
