Good Turn Key rental provider
Does anyone recommend a good turnkey rental company. I'm looking to buy some properties out of state to diversify and I keep herring retruns are better in the Midwest. I'm not worried about a particular area, Just need a 12%+ cap rate.

I'm glad you and I have a great relationship because this is one of the most honest posts I have ever seen on BiggerPockets, though I think it was a Freudian slip.
I believe the sentence should say...a GOLD MINE for Cash Flowing Turnkey PROPERTIES!
But, as we all know, the real gold mine truly is for all you fat cat Turnkey Providers! LOL!
