I have 5 homes in Morningside (right across the street from you over Mack Ave) and others scattered around the city as well as two duplexes in Russell Woods.You'd be doing yourself a disservice, in my opinion, by not expanding your portfolio into Detroit.

Yes, there is some good information for free, but it tends to be scattered here and there and you have to piece it together yourself.

Great, only one state return or possibly none if you are in a state without an income tax.But if your properties are scattered across multiple states, there are more state filings and more work.I think if you want to get valuable feedback from people who respond to your post, you want to ask how much someone pays and potentially how many properties they have.Best of luck!

There are “student rentals” scattered everywhere The “party area” would probably best be described as pine hills/west hills area.

They are scattered all over the backyard and it makes it look like a mini forest in the middle of a block in this small town.
