Legalzoom for creating rental property LLCs

Hi folks, hope you're all having a great week!

I talked to my tax consultant who also offers the service of setting up rental LLCs. He mentioned $1500 as a one-time setup fee for each LLC. Legalzoom premium service to setup LLC is $299. I need to create three LLCs so that's a lot of money saved. The properties are scattered over three states.
