Hey fabulous folks! I'm Sunny, your globetrotting aficionado originally hailing from Taiwan. I recently transformed our Hawaiian abode into a Long-Term Relationship (LTR) – yeah, I'm officially a landlord now. After a decade of climbing a ladder that seemed to lead nowhere (thanks, unrelated industry), I thought, "Why not trade the briefcase for a set of keys?"

So, here I am, on the thrilling rollercoaster of real estate. Currently on the verge of becoming an official broker in Indiana – got my license in Hawaii, but well, life happens. Husband's job called for an Indy adventure, and who am I to say no to cornfields and basketball mania?

Leaving behind the palm trees for some Hoosier hospitality, and let me tell you, mainland living is a whole new ball game. Hawaii's expensive, y'all!
