Hey fabulous folks! I'm Sunny, your globetrotting aficionado originally hailing from Taiwan. I've waltzed through the streets of Vancouver, twirled in Taipei, pirouetted in Osaka, sashayed in Tokyo, and did the hula in Hawaii. Now, my hubby and I have planted our roots in the heart of Indianapolis – because, you know, the Midwest is where the real party's at! 😊

I recently transformed our Hawaiian abode into a Long-Term Relationship (LTR) – yeah, I'm officially a landlord now. After a decade of climbing a ladder that seemed to lead nowhere (thanks, unrelated industry), I thought, "Why not trade the briefcase for a set of keys?"

So, here I am, on the thrilling rollercoaster of real estate. Currently on the verge of becoming an official broker in Indiana – got my license in Hawaii, but well, life happens. Husband's job called for an Indy adventure, and who am I to say no to cornfields and basketball mania?

Leaving behind the palm trees for some Hoosier hospitality, and let me tell you, mainland living is a whole new ball game. Hawaii's expensive, y'all!
