I am reaching out today because I am currently a commercial real estate appraiser trainee looking for a career shift.I am interested in obtaining an assistant property manager or leasing position in the NYC market.While applying for positions, ive noticed many companies require Argus and Yardi proficiency.

I've asked three separate times in the last couple of weeks to be taken off their calling list.Unfortunately, each one of the million reps this company has maintains their own leads and calling list, so I guess I just have to suffer through another 999,997 calls for these folks to leave me alone.First of all, it's obvious that all of these jokers sat in the same room and were told the exact same thing, because these trainees all have the exact same script, start off their phone calls the exact same way and have the exact same technique:1. 

In our area realtors, flippers haver disappeared since industry pays up to 6 figures as a trainee in high tech.

Are there any Real Estate Appraisers or does anyone know any in New Jersey that are Taking anyone under their wing, doing mentoring for new people that want to be Certified Appraisers Trainees???

I am working to complete the requisite courses to obtain my trainee license.  

I am currently looking at applying for an appraiser trainee job, though this will be mostly commercial as well as getting a real estate license.

We educate / We mentor / our trainees find the deals - we analyze the deal together. if we decide to fix n flip - we share the net profits - this is a way to get great training!!  

I am closing on a deal in Durham with one of my trainees this week.
