My current credentials:Bachelors of science in Enterprise regulation For-profit, Non profit (Fancy way to say business law) Currently Pursuing my MBA in Finance, expected to graduate in May,2025 Appraiser Trainee License in NYCurrently Managing a small portfolio of properties (family). 

My analogy is that of a pilot trainee who had just completed ground and has yet to fly solo.

I am a skeptic - don’t want to contribute to people becoming victims.I am still seeing “real estate investor looking for trainee” pirate signs around different towns - no idea whether it’s Renatus.Are you making money with Renatus by doing real estate deals that you would not do otherwise?

Reality of it is if you want to profit typically you need to make a business out of it and only approx 5% of people are actually cut out for handling the operations of a business - this is why you see so many so called “tire kickers” but most of the gurus don’t care and they know right from the start 99% of the time which trainees have a chance to succeed or not but that doesn’t stop them from taking peoples $.

About 20yrs ago I had about a half dozen appraiser trainees and licensed appraisers working for me.

So, early on, right after college he decided to forgo the usual “management trainee” route and go right to where he could make a lot of money fast - commissioned sales.

. - Connects you with a community of other trainees and gives you access to a discussion board with a couple of years worth of archived questions and responses. - The deal calculator provided is super solid.

I also think that the person working my applications is a trainee(or just not good at their job).

Our trainees can multiply their earning capabilities with us x3 or x4, as we teach holistic real estate, and how to get into real estate investing by utilizing multiple simultaneous very lucrative strategies, not just wholesaling.
