Assistance Property Manager / Learning Argus and Yardi
Hello Bigger Pockets Fam.
I am reaching out today because I am currently a commercial real estate appraiser trainee looking for a career shift.
I am interested in obtaining an assistant property manager or leasing position in the NYC market.
While applying for positions, ive noticed many companies require Argus and Yardi proficiency. I have found a few Argus training courses for $1,000+ but have not found a way to teach myself Yardi.
If anyone has gone through this career change and can offer some insight or has any suggestions on learning this software, please reach out.
Thanks!
