We use AI for appointment setting and follow up and it has resulted in a 30% increase on deal flow.

Just curious if any particular type of structure has the best ROI or is the most desirable by renters looking to get away from it all and relax in nature?

This year the 8.6% maximum allowed increase is higher than the market rate increase.
