Buying 50 acres - Now what to do with it for cash flow?

Aaron Meyerrenke

I found 50 acres off market near a few popular state parks in Ohio. Very cool piece of land that I would love to own. I'm trying to figure out the best type of STR for cash flow on the property. Zoning is very loose in this area so was thinking maybe some smaller cabins or tree houses or maybe a yurt. Just curious if any particular type of structure has the best ROI or is the most desirable by renters looking to get away from it all and relax in nature? New at this so appreciate any input. Won't be financing, so I should be able to build whatever I want.
