What Automation and software makes you more efficient?

I believe it's well proven that automation and systems not only help us keep our sanity but help us increase production exponentially.  

I'm curious as to what software programs and automation fellow agents are using to make their business more efficient.  

Please provide what automation you couldn't live with out and why!

 our entire platform is microsoft based and using everything integrated - while not technically all automation it is a game changer - especially when using powerautomate. For automation we also use make.com, zapier as well as go high level as a CRM to name a few
