Here's how we do it: Step 1: Discovery & Preparation Market Analysis: We research your neighborhood to set the optimal rent rate. Property Preparation: We ensure your property is rent-ready for maximum income and swift leasing. Broad Marketing: Your property is advertised across 100+ platforms. Step 2: Tenant Selection Tenant Showings: We manage property viewings and address all tenant inquiries. 21 Point Screening Process: Our in-house screening team has an amazing record of less than 1% evictions and adheres to Fair Housing regulations to find the best-qualified tenant quickly. Lease Negotiation: We use an attorney drafted lease agreement that protects both you and your property. Quick Turnaround: On average, we secure a qualified tenant in less than 30 days of marketing. Step 3: Asset Protection Lease Compliance: We ensure tenants adhere to lease conditions. Maintenance Management: We provide cost-effective maintenance using our extensive network of verified and trusted vendors.
