I had the greatest experience in costumer Services.
Mary De Lima.
She took her time to guide us to the process on all paper work for us to have place to live.
If any of you need an apartment to rent make sure to contact Mary De Lima.
She is amazing on all aspects.

Thank you so much to keyrenters for getting me into my home quickly! After getting denied by the hoa for the first home, i was discouraged however Mary and Danny both made sure to reassure me and help me find a new home. They even waived my app fees for the inconvenience! Im moving into my home this week and i am beyond grateful! Thanks again!

I have always appreciated the care and attention Keyrenter has demonstrated for my investment property. And I need to call out specifically the excellent communication Yosarian Diaz has regarding my property, she is detailed, prompt and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend KeyRenter and Yosarian for all your property management needs.

Mary De Lima did an absolutely amazing job securing and getting me into a beautiful place to live. She was also pivotal in my quick approval by the HOA.
I highly recommend Mary De Lima for all of your moving and renting needs. She is a top-notch professional who delivers incredible results. Everything on her end was done in a timely manner, and when she said she would deliver- she did 💯! She was stellar every step of the way.
I would also like to give Danny Schwab a fabulous review. Danny was also with me from step one in my journey to find a new place to live. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional with my many questions. He is a high quality individual and did a wonderful job in helping me secure my new living arrangement. His knowledge was key, and he made this entire process very smooth and easy.
I recommend both of these individuals in a highest of terms. They are true professionals.

Danny Schwab and Keyrenter have literally been a godsend. He manages several of our properties and I have never slept better. Large properties and small... We have had some emergencies and he and his team have always keen there regardless of the issue. In addition he has overseen 4 significant construction projects for us and we couldn't be happier. Roofs are a specialty as we have had to get a couple done and his guys are able to get materials quickly even in this market. (good luck getting roof metal if you don't know someone these days and if you are having problems call him on his cell he always answers or someone from his team gets right back to you) He even manages Boats!
Having known him for over 25 years we can't say enough good stuff about him and Keyrenter.
