Mary De Lima did an absolutely amazing job securing and getting me into a beautiful place to live. She was also pivotal in my quick approval by the HOA.
I highly recommend Mary De Lima for all of your moving and renting needs. She is a top-notch professional who delivers incredible results. Everything on her end was done in a timely manner, and when she said she would deliver- she did 💯! She was stellar every step of the way.
I would also like to give Danny Schwab a fabulous review. Danny was also with me from step one in my journey to find a new place to live. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional with my many questions. He is a high quality individual and did a wonderful job in helping me secure my new living arrangement. His knowledge was key, and he made this entire process very smooth and easy.
I recommend both of these individuals in a highest of terms. They are true professionals.

Our experience with this company was awful. They dragged their feet on taking care of repairs dealing with the health and safety of my elderly mother. We found them to be unprofessional and for the most part unresponsive. We filed a better business complaint after moving out which they never responded to in a timely manner. We also contacted the codes department of palm beach county because of health and safety violations in the unit my mother was renting which led to an inspection and formal codes violations documented by palm beach county codes department.

Danny Schwab and Keyrenter have literally been a godsend. He manages several of our properties and I have never slept better. Large properties and small... We have had some emergencies and he and his team have always keen there regardless of the issue. In addition he has overseen 4 significant construction projects for us and we couldn't be happier. Roofs are a specialty as we have had to get a couple done and his guys are able to get materials quickly even in this market. (good luck getting roof metal if you don't know someone these days and if you are having problems call him on his cell he always answers or someone from his team gets right back to you) He even manages Boats!
Having known him for over 25 years we can't say enough good stuff about him and Keyrenter.
