I was looking for a listing agent and leasing service to market, show and screen tenants for two units that I have. Roel and his team helped me set a competitive rental price based on comps in the neighborhood, posted my units on the MLS with an array of images and the right information to best market my rentals, arranged the showings, screened the prospective tenants and set up the new leases.
Roel and team were communicative, responsive and easy to work with. I intend to use their service in the future and recommend them to any landlord in the area.

When I hired Keyrenter, I had a problem tenant already late with payments. Roel sorted everything out without any hassle, including making sure the condo was clean and undamaged, and finding a new and more reliable tenant within 30 days. Amazing professionalism and customer service Roel! I highly recommend Keyrenter to anyone looking for reliable property management in Miami.

Owner - Key renter PM Miami West. He is from Neverlands originally, and when I say he is white glove, white collar professional, it will not be fully telling you how great he is! He's got amazing tools and system in place to get you the top notch tenants. From the very first second of my call, he was so to the point and always succeeded my expectations. I was so worried about renting my beautiful home. But when I met him, I had this peace of mind that my house will be in safe hands of Key renter. Very satisfied with Keyrenter Miami West! Seems to me the best Property manager you can get in Miami. They know the market and really do their research. But actually being trustworthy is the most important thing. Roel brings in that European honest and no-nonsense mentality. He's someone you can trust and rely on. Excellent service and care for their clients! Roel, the owner, has been helping me fix all the issues my properties were having on the last years due to bad previous management companies. In just a few months in, we are being able to improve every aspect of the properties, from fixing and updating the properties to creating great rules of living for tenants. Roel is always attentive and very quick when it comes to solving problems and making sure everything is running smoothly. I definitely recommend Keyrenter if you want peace of mind and a top-notch service when it comes to property management.
