I have partnered with Keyrenter on all of my rental properties for many years now. Michelle and the team are always attentive and quick to address any unavoidable concerns. I live overseas and am not physically present to support in any way, yet with Keyrenter I have never had to. I wouldn’t work with anyone else. The entire team is excellent.

Keyrenter has been the best renting company I have ever worked with. From home tours to submitting application. Getting the house keys and self move in inspections. The entire process is super easy and convenient. 5-Stars for me.

Bringing in Andrea and Keyrenter as property managers has been a good move for me. Their pricing is fair and they’ve always been great at communicating. They take my concerns seriously and make moves to maintain my property in line with my requests. That goes a long way! The tenants have expressed satisfaction with Keyrenter’s service as well. I’d recommend Keyrenter as a trustworthy and competent manager to other people looking to have their rental properties managed.

Due to past interactions with other property management companies, I was expecting a poor experience with keyrenter as a tenant. But that has not been the case at all. I’m amazed at the level of service that is given, specifically Argenis. I’ve had to navigate some challenges and confusion on my end with month payments and Argenis is so nice and clear with recommended next steps. It makes me feel like they care about my situation.

Great experience! Very quick turn around. I was able to view and apply in one afternoon. Even though it was a Friday and a holiday weekend, all paperwork was done and processed by Monday afternoon. The whole process was quick and easy. Done completely via email. All questions answered in a timely fashion. They were able to accommodate all my requests for an expedited move in due to relocation for a job. I would highly recommend! Bravo Zulu!

Keyrenter Salt Lake has the best team. I’ve been so impress and appreciative of how they take care of their clients. They go the extra mile of making sure their client’s needs are met. Specifically, Andrea, Willie, and Michelle, they are always on top of things. I’ve been recommending KeyRenter to my colleagues and friends.

Unbelievable gross negligence to tenants, definitely don't have an emergency issue while living in a Keyrenter managed property. We came home Saturday afternoon to a pipe leak under our deck in the backyard. We immediately contacted Keyrenter about the issue and asked for support to stop the severe leak. We had tried turning off the house water and outdoor irrigation water lines (as suggested by them), neither of which worked. We made this very clear and asked them to send someone over ASAP. All we got was an email that someone was dispatched to come sometime in the evening, and that person never came. No follow up call, no check-in, etc. The leak was still going. We called them 3-4 times throughout the evening and were assured that someone would call back to help soon. That call never came, they went radio silent again. We went to bed in the basement to make sure we'd catch it if/when it started to flood. Come 3am, the basement was indeed flooding and we called yet again and they could do nothing. Ridiculous to have an "emergency line" that doesn't do anything for emergencies. We did more research and learned how to turn off the water at the street level, usually something done by the utility or fire dept. That stopped the leak but of course left us without any water in the house. By Sunday, they still hadn't checked in, so we kept calling several more times until we forced them to give us a straight answer that no one would be coming to help. We now have to stay with friends and are still waiting for any kind of follow up. Totally ruined our weekend to be waiting around for help that never came and incredibly negligent communication from them. They're lucky that we are attentive tenants who do our best to take are of this place, and yet they charge us an extra $150 on top of increased rent for "providing exceptional service". What a joke.
