She had been very responsive with all of our communication ahead of time and helped us out of a bind. It's hard to find a property manager that has the servicing ability of Keyrenter, they are top notch and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to rent here in the Phoenix area.

Sign with them about 9 months ago. Our property manager did an excellent job overseeing our recent renovations. They not only found reliable vendors but also negotiated favorable terms on our behalf. Throughout the process, they kept us informed with regular updates on timelines and progress. Additionally, their insights into the local market were invaluable, providing us with accurate predictions and helping us make informed decisions. I'm still signed with them and looking forward to our new working relationship.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience renting from Keyrenter Premier. The lack of timely maintenance and response to urgent issues has been incredibly frustrating. Air Conditioning: In August, during a period of 118°F heat, we were left without air conditioning for over 5 days. Refrigerator: We also went without a fridge for more than 5 days, which is unacceptable for any tenant. Showers: Most recently, both showers in our unit have been out of service since December 21st, and we are still waiting for repairs. These issues have caused significant discomfort, and the lack of communication and urgency in resolving them is incredibly unprofessional. I am disappointed that despite multiple requests and follow-ups, the necessary repairs have not been made in a reasonable time frame. I hope this message serves as a reminder to improve the quality of service and prioritize the well-being of your tenants.

Afer two years and a half renting under this pm in Scottsdale AZ, I found this guys never hired professional personnel. They hide behind their "texting" plataform and take too long to find the cheapest handyman to "fix" emergencies needed. They saved pennies for the owner putting on risk my family and my neighbors by not attending my repair claims. They don't take seriously about mold and dangerous structual hazards. Careful, now that I'm renting with professionals I found I WAS IN THE GETTO becous of them. Let me know if you need photos to better see what I'm thinking about. Look somewhere else!

Edgar does a great job of communicating. We are in the process of doing a pool pump repair and it has taken longer then usual due to some unexpected issues. He has been patient with us. Thank you

Not only do they do a great job for the landlord they also take great care of the tenants to make sure they are getting all their needs met.
