Very patient because we had so many questions about the potential tenants and the leasing process. We just so appreciated her sweet, calm, reassuring demeanor. She was incredibly kind and understanding (for example, she made it possible for me to enter the apartment early on moving day and sign my key documents in the apartment itself so that I wouldn't be late for the movers). There was even a beautiful little cactus waiting for me when I moved in. These kinds of thoughtful personal touches are incredibly helpful in turning a rather stressful process into something more joyful. Of course every apartment management company charges fees, and Keyrenter does as well, but compared to massive apartment complexes, the fees at Keyrenter are really quite small and entirely manageable. Finally, due to the diversity of apartments spread across so many different complexes, if you find your little spot you feel more like you've found your own personal space as opposed to an impersonal, cold space.
