 Lots of reasons. The people can't get a loan, they may be moving into the area for a job and want to rent first, they may not the hassle that owning a home comes with. There are all kinds of reasons why people rent instead of buying. Not everyone loves buying real estate like most of us on here do!

Upper Michigan? or Lower? I use Chippewa Valley Bank They are located in Wisconsin but they deal in Michigan.
