Anybody looking for a quality, honest plumber at a fair price in DFW I've got the guy for you.  Inbox me and I'll send you his contact info.  He does great work at a GREAT price and he won't fix anything that doesn't need fixing.  He also does amazing bathroom remodels at an unbeatable price....he has some great connections for supplies.

For finding local resources do you'll find Angies List to be a good resource...?

...or you can just switch to a pay for service email address...like it used to be. You get to avoid the privacy violation that Gmail partakes in by the relentless scanning of your emails. Why give Gmail free access to your info for their own advertising purposes?

Thank you for the ideas..!! I also read on BP somewhere that it's a good idea to go inside the bank each time you need to make a transaction (as opposed to the drive-thru)...that way they see you on a regular basis and get to know you. Great stuff...!!!

What is the best way to start a relationship with a small local bank for my future investments? Currently with one of the big banks and I'm sure they won't be easy to deal with. Should I just open a checking and savings account and start running money through there?....should I close the big bank account and transfer everything over to them..?
