This is a great question and would like to know the answer too.  I have a friend (actually acquaintance) that successfully uses bird dogs, but he won't give me this information.

@Michael Quarles , I see this too with old lady real estate agents...still having to work long hours chasing a 1-time sell...that will not happen to me...by the time I'm that age, I don't want to have to be hustling...would rather be fishing :-)

@Amanda Fox ....hey Amanda!  Did you ever start the car advertising?...If you did, what has your experience been?...please tell...!!!

...this is an interesting topic.  I have been thinking about car magnets.  If I just got 1 deal in a year, it would be worth it.  Has anyone that is using lettering, or magnets received any leads that turned to deals?....update please :-)
