....yes, 3:15 wow!!!  I would be a zombie.  Sleep is important to me, to be able to think clearly.  But, I do wake up at 5:00am :-)

5:00 am - Wake up

5:20 - Pray and time with God

5:45 - Return emails, follow up on paperwork/contracts (I'm much sharper in the mornings)

7:30 - Breakfast

8:00 - Line up my leads/calls for the day

9:00-12:00 - Making calls/lead generation (everyday, no exceptions)

12:30 - Workout

1:00 - Whenever - Showings, making offers, etc.

Post: Should I protest taxes..?

My property taxes jumped quite significantly from last year.  Is protesting taxes a complicated, time consuming process?  Time is something I don't have.  What is your experience in protesting taxes?  Can I pay someone a fee to do that?  Can my CPA do this?....What is the likelyhood of actually winning..?

The quote includes removal and haul off of existing railroad ties...concrete footer....and use of sandstone to build new wall.

...thanks @Mike F. ...it's 2' at the highest point and stretches about 50'...I got a bid for $1650 to haul away the current rotting railroad ties and install the sandstone retaining wall. Does that sound legit..?
