I just went into an active option contract today on a triplex in Dallas. This is both my first home and first investment property. It is going to be owner-occupied. Can anyone recommend a really good inspector and do you have any other reccomendations for us?

Samara - congrats on getting the contract -

I have used Tony Estes from 'First Look Home Inspection', he is a one-man crew out of Fort Worth, and has some great knowledge. He recently inspected a quad I'm investing in. Great guy. If you would like his contact info message me.
