gift or token of appreciation for an agent

I am about to close on my first "off market deal" that was referred to me by an agent that I just started working with. This deal should be a great investment for me (fingers crossed). The agent referred me the property and showed it to be before listing or informing any other potential buyers. I want to send/give the agent something after I close this deal. First, I want to let him know that I truly appreciate the lead, and second, I want to continue to build our relationship in hopes of receiving similar leads in the future.

So, real estate agents, what are your favorite, best, etc. gifts, gestures, that you have received from investors as appreciation for your work on a deal? (the contract price for the subject property is $110k for a frame of reference)
