Hi Jason! Turnkey properties can 100% lead to financial freedom. Where are you looking to invest? If you are undecided, I would suggest considering Columbus, OH. You can find turnkey properties that cashflow pretty well.

The inspector I use in Columbus charges $400 for a duplex. He does an extremely in-depth job with a nicely written report.

Also, if you're looking into areas to invest in, I would suggest Columbus, Ohio, this is where I invest. I believe you would be surprised by the cash flow you can get in this area. Hey Trey, I have to agree with everyone else, you lucked out on moving to Columbus! This area is prime for investing. I've seen people and have personally had a ton of success in this area. I would love to hear more about your goals for investing! 

I second with @Account Closed Columbus, OH is a booming market! Big-name companies are pouring hundreds of millions of dollars into the area! @Allen Tracy I know a lot of people that do really well with turnkey properties. If you're looking to invest out of state, I would highly suggest Columbus, OH. This area is appreciating like crazy and also the cash flow is great.
