@Remington Lyman That is great! My buddy has a duplex on 4th and 20th that does really well, campus rentals are where it's at!

@Matt P. I would have agree with some of your points. There is a lot of properties gettings purchased for prices that, quite frankly aren't worth the price. The good properties are hard to come by but definitely pay out.

Thanks to OSU, Children's Hospital, Nationwide, and many other big-time companies, jobs are booming for the population of Columbus. According to the article (https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/ohio-state-6883/student-life) 68% of the 60,000+ students at OSU live off-campus, that's 40,000 students that need housing EVERY YEAR. There is limitless potential in the great Columbus, Ohio. As an investor myself, I know that Columbus is definitely worth the investment!
