Greatly appreciate the good information especially the link to look at crime rates. Really just wanting to get all the knowledge ready and holstered for when i rent out my current primary residence for cash flow. Once that money is coming in, and I hopefully have atleast one other rental in Dover by then, I want to be able to extend over to atleast fund a rental in Wilminton.

That is more or less what I am looking for. Average rental rates for certain areas, crime rate by block, tenant tendencies, ammenities that drive the most $$, etc.

Highly appreciated! I have heard alot of really high ROI success stories from up in that area.

Have also heard of alot of horror stories, sounds to me like the investor who has more knowledge of the area wins out.

Where are your favorite spots? Places to avoid? Gold mines? Rags to Riches areas?

Shoot my your thoughts and some numbers if you have them! Would love to learn from the best.

Looking to purchase a rental property, I know the ins and outs of investing (Book knowledge) as ive taken the past year and a half to dedicate towards gaining such knowledge.

Wanted to speak with an accredited investor in the area to discuss this.
