Looking to purchase a rental property, I know the ins and outs of investing (Book knowledge) as ive taken the past year and a half to dedicate towards gaining such knowledge.

Wanted to speak with an accredited investor in the area to discuss this.

Will to simply speak over email, or over phone. But simply wanted to gain some more knowledge to get rolling on my first buy and hold.
