Nice! so For cashflow houses as a means to attract tenants maybe? I don know. Good ideas though. thanks

WOW! I wish I had a personal translator and mind-reader like @Brandon Turner , must be the awesome perks of the job. lol

I literally was about to get an IPhone just for the bigger pockets app. No lie!

But with the hard core factual evidence like "soonish..." I'm definitely going to wait.

By the way I respect and admire @Ben Leybovich so much, solely on the fact that he looks identically like my high school English teacher. Just kidding Ben. I read all your stuff.

I-phone app is cool, but i don't have a i phone. I just wish their was a bigger pockets android app. I don't know if anyone else has troubles like me with the website on a android phone. If it was easier to navigate with my smartphone I would be on BP like 24/7 man! Its nothing like the desktop version witch is impeccable. But for me to clear out my schedule to sit down and be on my desktop. I feel like an old person!

Though I haven't tried the IOS version witch I'm guessing its also very neat and organized. I just wish their was a android app.

@Bill Gulley I had that same thought swimming in the back of my mind i just needed to hear it from someone I guess. You are right, with a family i should be more conservative with my choices at leas starting off. Thanks again.

@Minka Sha (Can you take out a home equity line of credit and use that for your friend's 20 percent?)

Yeah that's what i was thinking but I'm rebuilding my credit so it probably wont be a year until I can do that. Also I have been relentlessly pursuing this for well over a year with nothing to show for but time away with my family. So I'm pretty hungry right now.

But i guess that's the name of the game right? Perseverance. lol

Anyways. You are the second time someone recommends that so I'm really going to look into that down the road. thanks again Minka.
