Howdy!

My name is Jeff, and most of my real estate "experience" comes from books - several Rich Dad books, Nothing Down, etc. I've worked with a couple people in the past that had extensive real estate holdings, but I've never done any investing myself.

My wife and I have finally save up a chunk of change to be able to buy some property, and we're hoping to jump into the rental market.

I found Bigger Pockets after reading around a bit online (mostly Reddit) - you guys come highly recommended.

Not sure if this is the best place to ask, but I'm looking for some advice on how to find properties - are there any blog/forum posts that you'd recommend, or is there something else I should be starting with first?
