Welcome to BP @Joyce Taylor

It is certainly a best place for the beginners, there's wealth of information and knowledge available on this site and some great people to network with. So please make sure you take full advantage of that.

Regards,

Sid

@Simone Flores I have written an article based on my marketing experience. I see you are in much much more competitive market. I would say stick to what's working for you with the direct mail but definitely look to expand online marketing.

@Steve L. 5 - 10% for PPC is pretty darn good.

@John Horner I run about 3 different add campaigns with PPC and I'm getting about 2 - 3% conversion rate for my webform/leads. The visits however are higher with PPC. in the range of 5% and above.

I have started to optimize my keywords recently for my website SEO and I have yet to see the difference.

I would definitely say that I generate more leads via online/SEO from google and facebook then any other means of marketing. I do allocate my marketing budget every month consistently and also try 3 - 4 different methods for generating leads. You can read my article below;

Thanks!

@Zoran M. Completely agree, appreciate all the feedback!

@Zoran M. Thank you for the reference material, I will take a look.

@Brian McCarter It is needed for Real Estate Investment Capital Ventures. I have an investor meeting coming up to raise funds for flipping houses/properties/real estate. Investors are interested in Dallas Fort Worth Market and seeking safe and secure investments for profitable ROI.

I have some generic material drafted already but just need some final professional touches with some strong punch lines .

@Parul S. I would recommend #4 and I believe everyone here would agree. I also know some great TK, but I have never used them or planning to. I have always bought my rental properties off of MLS or directly with the seller with owner financing.

Hope this helps and wish you all the good luck!

Regards,

Sid
