Hello @Brandon Turner ,

I started very conservatively with a small apartment that i put for renting. It's been 3.5 years already but it was not in my current area. Joining BP makes me realize how big is the gap of knowledge that i currently have.

I have a long way to go with all those interesting articles posted here.
