Hello, my name is joyce taylor I live in Wilmington, Delaware my husband and I and I have no RE experience, but I am interested at this time in flipping houses or wholesale. i am totally clueless and reading up. and thanks guys i too have been listiening to ipod and find it so helpful and informational. So all the information i can get is appreciated.
