@Jerry Padilla Hi, yes I have two Dallas based agents in my network that I work with very close to find me investor deals/REO's etc. They also help me list my properties with a flat fee.

I'm also always looking to network. Networking is life blood for my business. I have done 10 flips last year and held 2 properties as rentals. My goal is to expand my business this year with the 2 properties a month since I have access to more private money and also working with a hard money lender as well this year to give them a try and see if it really works.
