@Ben Leybovich @Sam Grooms Congrats on this deal that happened almost a year ago now!  How's everything going so far on the property?  Investors getting their (monthly/quarterly) payments? :)

As Sam is aware, I'm new to the real estate world and syndication does intrigue me quite a bit as I'm a working professional not looking to leave just yet, but want to create "passive" and not active income streams.  Trying to digest a lot of information through browsing BP forums, podcasts, and posts and various other resources.

@Eric Schultz Thanks, Eric.  I think read about the advertising portion where if the sponsor is advertising under 506b and includes non-accredited investors, they must have some sort of relationship for a period of time before the deal was made known to them.

@Sam Grooms Thanks for sharing that, Sam.  As you stick with 506b, do you open the doors to unaccredited investors as well (on some or all deals)?  Or do you mostly stick with accredited (and just want to provide convenience factor in not requiring proof)?  Generally speaking, what is the minimum investment amount on your deals?

@Eric Upchurch Hey Eric, this is an awesome story man!  Could you provide an update on your property (now that it's been over a year since your post)?  I would love to see how it's doing and whether that same tenant is still in place.  I am also considering purchasing in KCMO and looking at turnkey options.  Bridge Turnkey was brought to my attention via the BP podcast with @Nathan Brooks from a few months ago.  Everything I'm reading about Bridge has been positive and I especially like how they try to do things right initially and if they can't, then they will make things right ultimately.

@Alyssa Dyer Thanks, Alyssa.  What type of cash flow are you seeing around there?  How many properties do you have there?

@Nicholas Parish Thanks, Nicholas.  I'll certainly keep your company in mind.  How long have you guys been in business?

@Jeff Schechter Thanks for commenting. I hadn't thought about Indy too much. What kind of returns are you seeing there CoC or cash flow?

@Andrew Korver Awesome stuff here and appreciate you being transparent with your experience with Bridge.  I am also considering investing in KC and trying to find properties are in stable neighborhoods (B class) and that provide cash flow similar to your goals 100-200.  Also being very conservative in nature, I feel as though it may be difficult to find that sort of property in that area.  Would you agree?  Have you thought about any other markets/turnkey providers?

@Evan Loader congrats, Evan!  I'm also looking into syndications as a possible avenue of investing.  A big roadblock at this point for me is the number of "syndicators/sponsors" out there that claim they have great deals, etc. etc.  How did you go about finding the sponsors you want to work with?

@Wei Jie Yang I'm also thinking about investing in turnkey and recently found Bridge through the BP podcast with Nathan.  Since you closed about a month ago, how have things gone with Voepel and your property as a whole?
