Hi BP fam,

In browsing through forums, I've come across a number of names in this business (Praxis, Ashcroft, Thompson Investing, Joe Fairless, etc.).  I'm curious to see if anyone is willing to share their investing experience with any syndicator.  Also, does anyone have experience investing in deals that have gone full cycle?  Or investing in different asset classes via syndication (multifamily vs. self-storage vs. mobile home parks) and would be willing to share their experience?

Appreciate any feedback here!

bump.  how has everyone's experience been thus far?  Looking to see if anyone could provide a current update.  Thanks in advance!

Just following up on this thread to see if anyone could/wanted to provide an update on any of their dealings with Ashcroft/Joe?  I am interested in investing at some point with a syndicator and have heard nothing but good things about Joe.

Just wanted to follow up on this to see how your investment is going with Ashcroft/Joe?  I am also curious as to what investing with his company is like and if there are any pros/cons.

@Brian Adams thanks, Brian. I think I read one of your replies on a separate thread that your minimum amount is $100k. Is that still true?

@Brian Adams i know this was posted a while ago, but I thought your article on syndication was really informative. I’m interested in potentially investing in some deals and I need to find some sponsors to research into.

@Evan Loader Congrats, Evan!  I am also considering this path as an investor in syndication deals. Seems as though you're a conservative investor as I am.  How did you find your sponsor?  Did you focus on one particular market? Or did you create a list of sponsors you wanted to work with and just go from there?

All - as a newbie investor considering syndication as an avenue, this thread was very eye-opening and educational.  Thank you all for sharing your thoughts as they certainly ran from one end of the spectrum to the other.  To me, after reading all of this, it comes down to the personal comfort level an investor has with the operator and sponsor, the deal and market.  And after running the necessary and proper DD on all three, if everything makes sense to you and you feel good, then I think it's a go.

@Sam Grooms That's awesome, Sam.  And thanks for sharing.  Glad to hear things are progressing well.  Hope to invest in syndications sooner rather than later!
